We all have a first time that marked us: the first kiss in a square, the first night in a Chueca bar, the first time we felt free in the middle of the Pride crowd.
We want to gather those memories in a collective wall that celebrates diversity and the shared history of the neighborhood. This wall will be a living space, where every memory becomes part of Chueca’s collective story.
How to participate
- Scroll down to the comment form at the bottom of this page.
- Write your memory in a short sentence (maximum 200 characters).
- Example: “My first time in Chueca was a summer Saturday, dancing in Plaza de Zerolo until sunrise 🌈”.
- (Optional) Add an emoji or a word that represents the emotion of that moment.
- Post your comment and your memory will be added to the wall.
- Come back anytime: every week we’ll highlight some phrases on social media and on the Pride Chueca homepage.
Examples of first times
